Shape the ground meat into 4 equal patties and set them on wax paper.
Heat up a frying pan and brush with melted butter/margerine. Meanwhile, season one side of the patties with some salt, white pepper and Maggi seasoning.
Set it up on the frying pan (seasoned side down) and fry for 5-7 minutes. Season the top side with more salt, white pepper and Maggi seasoning before flipping. Flip ONLY once.
Once flipped, fry for another 4-5 minutes and set aside.
Crack an egg in a bowl and lightly break the yolk with a fork. Refrain from whisking or vigorously mixing.
Turn the heat to medium-low and melt some butter/margerine on the pan. Pour the egg and quickly spread it out before it sets. Tilt the pan to help the omelette spread. The thinner and more spread out it is, the easier it is to wrap your patties in.
Put one patty in the centre of the egg, wrap it and flip it. Take it off the pan and set aside. Repeat with the remaining eggs and patties.
Meanwhile, separate your burger buns and spread some butter/margerine. Brown it on the pan.
Bottom bun → mayonnaise → shredded cabbage → 2-3 slices of cucumber → burger → sweet chili sauce → black pepper sauce → sliced onion → top bun
